**China Fo-Ti Root**

Fo-ti, commonly called (he shou-wu) is a Chinese medicinal herb that supports hair, skin, and brain health. It can be found growing in China, Japan, Tibet, and Taiwan. In Chinese traditional medicine it is used as a natural laxative, promotes peaceful sleep, and has anti-inflammatory benefits. Fo-ti root is cured in a black bean sauce according to traditional Chinese medicine and contains sulfites.
