Offered here is this amazing antique Dresden cabinet. The detail, wood grain and inlay is simply gorgeous. It is trimmed in brass accents, and unfortunately some of these accents are damaged and coming loose. They seem to be the original hardware to the piece and will need to be reattached. The marble wood grain and checkerboard inlay across the top is beautiful. There are some small areas of the veneer loss, particularly where the drawers go in and out. There are also some small areas of veneer loss in a few other areas. The wood is beginning to split on the right side towards the back. I am unsure of the exact age of this cabinet; however, I know that it dates to the mid-to-late 19th Century. It is an amazingly beautiful piece and a must-have for any antique collector. It would look simply gorgeous in any home.
