This is a premium heirloom strain

Cauliflowers were originated from Eastern Mediterranean around 16^th century and later was imported into Italy, Germany and France.

This variety was introduced by Peter Henderson and Company in 1888.  They are very popular due to appearance and tightly formed head. Snow balls are open pollinated and are known for their vigorous growth and long harvest. The heads formed are snow white in color and measures about an average of 8” across.

As a bonus, this plant adds a festive color to the garden as well as in the plates.
