This video signal converter converts RGBI / CGA / EGA / MDA signals to VGA signals. 
It allows you to use old computers with modern LCD display.
You may see the results tested with Commodore 128 80 column mode in photo 3, 4, 5. It also applied the brown fix for Commodore 128, so the color dark yellow in photo 5 shows as color brown.

Follow the following instructions for different input signals:
Turn off both switches 3 and 4 for RGBI / CGA / EGA signals.
Turn off switch 3 and turn on switch 4 for MDA signal.
Turn on both switches 3 and 4 for Hercules video card.
