made by one of the Igorot /Ifugao/ or Bontoc mountain tribe in Northern Philippines.
The stain is chipped on one edge

Ifugao believe that wearing wild boar tusks give them power, strenght and speed of boar
The tusk is 3  1/2" ( 9 cm) measured in straight line,
on string 27" (68 cm)
