This lighter seems to be chrome with the railroad logo in the middle of the front and the back. the background is a matte finish.  I don't know if it works.  I don't know the history of these railroad lighters I have--whether they were sold to riders, given to employees as a tenure gift or part of an advertising package to vendors.  This one was manufactured by Noble. The flint/wick looks like it has never been lit. It have indicated it is used because it has been in a bag with a bunch of lighters and it has a couple of scratches although not many but no one has lit a cigarette with it because the flint is unused and the screw on the bottom to add fluid has never been removed.
