This is for a copy of the magazine titled American Cinematographer, and this is the December 1973 issue.  This issue contains a couple of articles on the making of Jonathan Livingston Seagull (featured on the cover), but is probably most notable for containing the only article on the never-released witchcraft film, Isis (by Maury Hurley) which was to feature noted occultist Carl Llewellyn Weschcke - and includes photos from the filming of this lost film.  Also includes an article on the filming of One By One, a documentary on the drivers of the 1973 Formula 1 season, along with a number of articles on cameras and systems!

Magazine covers show rubbing.   Subscription label on front cover. Edge and corner bumping.  Light diagonal crease to back cover. Some light indenting/dimpling to some interior pages and other signs of handling.
