This is a personal recipe that I have created & perfected, and I am very proud of it.  I'm 100% thrilled to have made it, and to offer it to you.

Organic Yeast-Free, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, GMO-Free, Processed Sugar-Free Banana Bread!! Copyright 100% ORGANIC!!!

THIS BREAD DOES CONTAIN FOUR EGGS.  Some people may view those as diary, but that would be incorrect.

Makes two loaves approximately 2 inches high in two 9 x 5 bread pans.

This recipe turns out as close as your going to get to "regular" homemade banana bread.  Even better if you ask me!  Ha!  And, it is SUPER HEALTHY!!! 

It turns out light and spongy, and like "regular" banana bread, the sides, bottom and top are very sweet, but there is NO PROCESSED SUGAR!!  All sugar sources are from fruits & veggies, no crappy fake sweetener at all, that stuff is bad for you.
