This Navy Blue Vinyl Folder is a little larger than a pencil case.  It was from First National Bank of West Chester and was meant to hold important papers.  It was probably given to loan or mortgage customers to hold their important documents.  It secures with two tabs of velcro and there is a clear window large enough for a business card where the lender would put their own business card so they could be contacted directly by the customer.
