For your consideration is a vintage Little Golden Book from 1952.  This is Woody Woodpecker joins the circus by Walter Lantz.    The pictures are by the Walter Lantz Studio, adapted by Riley Thomson and the Story by Annie North Bedford.  Printed by Simon and Schuster.  For many years Woody Woodpecker and his friends delighted audiences with their pranks.  This is Woody's first appearance in a Little Golden Book.  This is the first printing in 1952.  The book is in great condition for its age.  Slight yellowing of pages and the edges have slight wear from storage.  Front cover has some color missing.  Back spine is solid and all the gold backing is present.
