Good Condition, there is a little red paint loss, I think it might have been made that way??

• Measures approx 5" tall and has 9 holes in it's back.  
• Seems large to be a salt/pepper shaker, but I don't know what else it could bedesigned for.  
• Very handsome Rooster with beautiful colors.  
• Has a Brinn's of Pittsburgh Sticker on the bottom.  
• They were only in business for about 10 years in the 50's and 60's.  
• NO PLUG.  The hole is approx 3/4" across.
