Brand new factory sealed dvd is letterboxed so newer TV owners can use their zoom mode to fill the widescreen frame.

Billy (Kim Milford) is a loner whose desert exploration leads to the discovery of a laser gun and pendant left by a fleeing lizard-like alien. Upon learning of it's devastating capabilities, and by wearing the pendant, his personality changes and he seeks revenge against all who have taken advantage of him.

Cars, planes, and people all fall before the awesome alien power that Billy wields. In one pure moment of cinema, Milford, shoots a poster for 'Star Wars' to bits with his newly aquired laser gun. Now he must gain control before the aliens who have been searching for the original owner of the gun come and claim what is theirs.

Featuring Keenan Wynn, Roddy McDowall, the film debut of eternal nerd Eddie Deezen, and some nice stop-motion effects for the aliens by David Allen.

I haven't seen this one, but every Full Moon release I have seen has a barely noticeable hesitation or judder movement due to the cheaper lower bit rate in the manufacturing process.
