This piece is a binder insert that would have been inserted in the binder where you kep the Pennsylvania Wolf's Head Book that was the key for the amount and type of oil needed by the mechanic for a particular car or truck.  It is about 8 1/2 x 11inches and has holdes punched for the binder.  It is four pages.  There is a little sales blurb about each product in the leaflet and on the back the items a mechanic or dealer could buy to advertise Wolf's Head products in their shop. It has a light smudge or two and a slight fold at the corner but not creased, but otherwise is in decent condition. I don't know the age of the piece, but I would rough a guess at mid to late sixties or early seventies.  Wolf's Head has been in existence since 1879.
