This is a 12 inch long (not counting tail) plush stuffed hand puppet from Folkmanis Furry Folk series.  It is a raccoon.  This is an older puppet that is not made anymore.  Its hair is rather nappy, kinda like mohair. 

There are no rips, holes, tears or repairs.  There is a name written inside the hole where your hand goes, and some initials on the tag.
