100%Polyester with 100%Polyester lining. Both pants have elastic feature partially at the waist area.

White pant: 8P. Waist: 28" (you can stretch it a little). Inseam: 28".

Navy pant: 6P. Waist: 26.25" (you can stretch it a little). Inseam: 27.75".

Both pants have Fold-Up feature at the foot area. The thread for the navy one have come loose. You can see it on the first photo. I will sew it back on. That is not a problem.
