For your consideration, here is the Super Columns Sega Game Gear Game Cartridge, no. 2449, with case, from Sega, made in Japan. The game cartridge has a few small scratch marks on it.  The label is lifting up a little on the side edges. It has a nice shiny label. I have not tested it.
