In Drake's Cake products in 1996 they were including these Kids Presidential Fun Facts Cards on the past Presidents.  I don't know how many were issued this this one is #8. It has interesting facts about Franklin Delano Roosevelt, including that he was a volunteer fireman. The likeness of him shows him dressed in firefighting garb.  It measures 4 1/2 inches x 2 3/4 inches.  It has no bends or tears and has been in a smoke free home since the cupcakes were eaten in 1996.
