Very rare fruit which can reach well over 20 pounds/lbs! And in which archaeological records show it was most widespread variety of Cucurbita (squash) in the Americas, & cultivated from northern Chile & Argentina to Mexico.

Edible seeds, fruit, and Greens!. Leaves are tender similar to lettuce. Small fruits are eaten like summer squash and can be steamed or baked. Seeds can be roasted. Extremely long shelf life of 18 months when stored properly.
