This is a vinyl pocket protector as most pocket protectors were.  It is in nice shape. there are 2 dots on ink on the part that actually is in the pocket and not seen by others.  It has the Gulf Oil logo in the center of the part that hangs over the pocket and advertises the Gulf Landmarks USA Calendar.  The piece is a little over 5 1/2 inches long.  The top part that would be above a pocket is under an inch and the part that would hang over the pocket is about 1 3/4 inches long.  It is 3 1/2 inches wide. I don't know the vintage but I would say the late 1950's or early 1960's is a good guess.
