Franco dress by Lilly Pulitzer in Petal Pusher Lace fabric, color name is Pink Hyacinth - a lilac or lavender over hot pink lining. Cotton/nylon, lined in cotton. Strapless with boned bodice, ties at the back. Ruffled hem. Mini length.
At the bottom are three layers of lace. There is a sweet cutout in the back with a bow at the top that you can tie. It also has a zipper on the left side. The length is 28" and the bust is 13" from armpit to armpit.
