Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; light-scuffing, discoloration spots, and surface impressions (front/back); tiny surface abrasions on front; slight discoloration on back. Inner-sleeve is generic white. Spine shows mild-wear and discoloration. Top-edge is almost completely split, bottom-edge is completely split. Wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and a few divots. (Not a cut-out.)
