I’m not a collector, but in 2004 I inherited a toy collection from a very meticulous collector. Toy is marked 1999 Bandai China 74171 on the bottom of the tail. As usual  Bandai has taken great care and detail especially in the painted areas of the face. Please check out the photos closely. Really nice toy. It measures about 7” tall and 12" long and features Godzilla. Toy is made of hard vinyl and has articulated arms and legs. Action figure is in excellent condition and has been stored in a box indoors and untouched since 2004. For ease in shipping toy will be sent in two separate pieces. It's easy to snap back together with some heat to make the vinyl more pliable - either near a floor heater or inside a gas stove with just the heat from the pilot, or even setting it in the sun.
