We generally follow condition guidelines when grading our items. We will note any details or exceptions to the condition above. Refer to the following chart for more details:

Condition	Description
Acceptable	An item with obvious and significant wear but is still operational. May have cosmetic damage to the disc or cartridge tha does not affect gameplay. May have tears in artwork. The video game instructions and box may not be included. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections.

We ship all games that include a "soft box" (complete or new-in-box copies of NES, SNES, N64, GB, GBC, and GBA games, for example) in a box to protect them from damage during shipping.
