ingredients:
1 envelope of 6500 mg contains: Psyllium husk 3600 mg seed powder, 1000 mg fructo-oligosaccharides, 20µg chromium (50% *).

Psyllium seeds contain mucilages, phytosterols and starch, retain water and increase their volume, forming a gel that passes unchanged through the intestine. Including these fibers in a balanced diet from a healthy lifestyle can lead to lower cholesterol and blood lipid levels. Helps maintain a healthy colon and normal intestinal transit.
Fructo-oligosaccharides support the regulation of serum lipid levels and regulate lipid metabolism. It helps maintain a normal level of cholesterol and support the vitality of the intestinal flora.

Administration method:
Adults: one envelope twice a day.
3 ways of preparation:
- Add the contents of an envelope to a glass filled with water;
-Add the contents of an envelope in a glass of water half full and be consumed immediately after an aromatic jelly has formed;
-Add the contents of an envelope over mussels or other foods.
Warning:
It is important to consume an adequate amount of liquid: at least one glass of water after consuming a sachet of ColonProtect. Contains a source of phenylalanine.
