Here is an Authentic Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti Black Jade Open Heart Pendant Necklace, on a 16" Chain, and it comes with the little blue box & drawstring pouch. I love this off center heart design by Elsa Peretti.

Black Jade is an etheric bodyguard and a stone of protection. The pendant measures 13mm wide by 11mm long, and the chain measures 16" long. The chain is Hallmarked "(c) Peretti" on one connector bar, and "Tiffany & Co." on one side, and "925" on the other side of the other connector bar, and they both weigh approximately 1.9 Grams.

The pendant and chain are in great condition, with minor sign of use. The Tiffany box has some light smudges, and the drawstring pouch is in like new condition, but still ready for gift giving.
