1996-2000 Dodge Caravan Modified HI/LO Wiper Relay - Fix Crazy Wiper, ON/OFF randomly as they please.

If you have the same problem like the one mentioned below, this relay will help you solve 90% of the problem (not 100%). This relay will stop the "crazy behavior", but only the fastest speed of the wiper will work.  This relay has been modified to disconnect/disable the slow speed circuit of the wiper that has crazy behavior, and only connect/enable the fastest circuit of the wiper that works normally. 
So the wiper will be useful again even though only the fastest wiper speed works. This is the cheapest and easiest solution for this problem.

***Easy and Simple Installation: Very much every one can do this, no fancy electronic or automotive knowledge is needed. First disconnect battery's negative cable. Locate the relay/fuse box, under the hood, it's on driver side, next to the battery (it's a rectangular black plastic box around 4x9 inches). Open the relay box, locate the HI/LO wiper relay, Use the relay location map that written on the lid of the relay box. Then remove the HI/LO wiper relay with the help of a flat screw driver, wiggle & pull it. Then plug the new "Modified HI/LO wiper relay", put the lid back, put the battery's negative cable back, close the hood. Test it. Done. It's ready for the rainy and foggy season.

Howdy everyone. I've had problems with "phantom" or "ghost" wipers on my 1998 Dodge Caravan for the last few years. They come on at random, as they please, whether the switch is engaged or not, and stay on for random times, sometimes continuously. No manipulation in the multi-function switch changes the operation. They just come on and go off as they please. FYI, the Multi-function switch was replaced with no effect.
