Vintage original 11x14 in. US lobby card from one of the greatest American horror films of all time, THE EXORCIST, released in 1973 by Warner Bros. and directed by William Friedkin. Based upon the novel and written for the screen by William Peter Blatty, when a 12-year-old girl (Linda Blair) is possessed by a mysterious entity, her mother (Ellen Burstyn) seeks the help of two priests (Max von Sydow, Jason Miller) to save her. The cast includes Lee J. Cobb, Kitty Winn, and Jack MacGowran.

As indicated in the right half of the bottom border, this is lobby card #2 from the set of 8 cards. The image depicts an interior medium shot of Father Merrin (Max von Sydow) as he enters the bedroom of the possessed Regan and beholds the horror that is lying on the bed. It is unrestored in fine condition with random signs of wear in the borders; one or two pinholes in each corner; and light signs of wear on the corners. A prior owner had placed a piece of brown paper tape across the top and bottom of the back of the card. There are no tears, stains, or other flaws.
