This item can be picked up if paying cash by arranging an appointment.  If paying via paypal or unable to pick up the item, I will pack and place the item into the hands of the US Post Office (or appropriate carrier) FOR the buyer as a service for the indicated cost.  I will convey the tracking information provided by the post office to the buyer. 

My responsibility and accountability ends with delivering the well packed item to the Post office clerk.  I guarantee delivery of a properly packaged item DIRECTLY to the postal clerk (or carrier as appropriate).  It is the buyers responsibility to follow their tracking and delivery of the package and sign for the item/s as necessary.  Ships Registered Mail.  This is not an approval sale.  No Returns.  All sales Final.  Happy to show the coin locally.

Price quoted for shipping applies to Continental USA,  Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier in NYC.  No exceptions.  Bidding/Buying constitutes acceptance of these terms.
