This keychain celebrates the 35th Anniversary of the Las Vegas Senate of The National Bowling Association (TNBA) 1976-2011.
The TNBA was organized in August 20, 1939, originally known as the National Negro Bowling Association, because at the time of its birth, the American Bowling Congress and Women's International Bowling Congress, the 2 governing bodies of bowling, now known collectively as USBC, both had clauses in their constitutions that would not allow Non-Caucasians to be members of their organization. In 1944, it was renamed TNB. In 1950, both organizations removed the Non-Caucasion clauses from their constitution. They currently have 17 Bowling Centers.
