The retard form of Vitamin C tablets provides a gradual release of the active substance within 3 hours of taking it and thus allows our body to use the amount of vitamin C it needs. This is achieved by taking only one tablet a day.
One tablet of Vitamin C retard provides our body with the amount of vitamin C that we would ingest by consuming as much as 2 kg of fresh oranges.
Vitamin C plays a very important role in our body because it contributes to:
