I ship as green as I can,which means about 98% of the time,you'll receive your well packed shipment in a previously used box or envelope. This helps the planet and cuts my shipping costs. Please place the packaging you receive in your recycle bin. (after you remove your purchases from it,that is!!) If you're looking for a Mel Bay title & don't see it here,do contact me and I can put it in the store for you.
I love nothing more than combining shipping on multiple purchases,so don't be shy or afraid to get a basketful of musical delights-I'll ship media whenever I can to save you money but will also be happy to ship 1st class (as long as it doesn't go over 13 oz) or priority if you're needin it in a hurry. There are occasions where the item(s) may come from the manufacturer directly if I'm out of stock here,tho I try my best to keep items listed on hand. If you do win/buy multiple items,wait for me to invoice you so I can get a combined shippin' rate on it.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to me within 7 days of receiving the item(s). If the item is found to be faulty, I will also refund the postage cost.
