Really cute skirt in great pre-worn condition! Lightweight with a tiny bit of stretch. No waistband with ribbon running around the inside of the waist. Front zipper runs diagonally from the waist on the left towards the center. Little metal star with a "t" is on the waist, front center. Darts in the front & back. Thin black & red ribbon runs around the hem on the outside. 1.75" slits in the front & back center. "tommy" is embroidered in light blue on the right side of the back waist.
