Description
This is a wonderful vintage 60's mod paisley print quilted maxi skirt.
Marked a VINTAGE 9/10, BUT MUCH SMALLER compared to modern sizes.
More like a modern XS. Waist is 25"
Please check measurements carefully to best predict fit.
Loomtogs label, and also a Harzfeld's label. Harzfeld's was a luxury ladies department store here in Kansas City - went out of business in the 80's. Oh, how I miss it.
The Ladies Garment Union label dates it to 1955 - 1963. I think it would also be appropriate for a 70s look.
Quilted fabric is a soft, challis with just a bit of luster. No content label, but feels like rayon or silk and cotton.
Paisley print in wine red, avocado green, pink, gold and ivory.
Lined in pink silky lining.
Narrow waistband, with button and zipper.
Zipper is hidden in one side seam pocket - a thoughtful detail.
Long skirt, slightly flared to the hem.
A chic 60's look - perfect for retro holiday parties.
In wonderful vintage condition, with no damage, no stains or spots, no odors. Nice and clean.
From a smoke-free home.
MEASUREMENTS taken laid flat, unstretched, and doubled
