There are 2 vintage dishcloths tied together - one with ribbon the other with yarn.



The typed sayings are:

"Now, don’t get excited and don’t be misled,

These are not for you, but your dishes instead.

So untie the yarn, take out the stitches,

so you now have two dishcloths, but you just lost your britches."



"Now, don’t get excited and don’t be mislead,

These aren’t for you, but your dishes instead.

And when you have read this with all my good wishes,

Just untie the ribbon and go do your dishes."



The larger set measures 16" x 14" wide.

The smaller set measures 11" x 12" wide.
