Description
This is a large 2003 Lenox porcelain figurine of a blue-eyed short haired cat lying on its back holding a balloon that's decorated with 24K gold butterflies. The name of the figurine is Captivation, and it is part of the Ivory Cat Collection.
SIZE: This figurine is 8 3/4" long and 8" tall.
BACKGROUND: I recently bought a number of things from the estate of a neighbor who had several thousand figurines (including several hundred owls), many figural boxes and paperweights, and huge glass and china collections from many different makers. I'll be listing more things from this purchase over the next several weeks. NOTE: There were so many items in this collection that many were never displayed; to save space, none of the original boxes were retained.
