Lacy Phacelia or Phacelia Tanacetifolia is an annual that is widely used in Europe but is gradually gaining traction in the U.S. With its feathery leaves and fiddle-head clusters of purple blooms it makes a very attractive flower to pollinators. It is often used in the seed mix of a cover crop. It propagates easily from seed, so just sow directly on top of the soil after the last frost. Because it does self-seeds so easily it can become weedy in certain areas.
