This is a vintage clear glass footed cake plate in a bubble glass pattern with a sunflower design in the center, I believe made by Federal Glass.  It has a scalloped edge, measures a little over 11" in diameter, and sits about half an inch high with three "feet" on the underside.  It is in overall excellent condition; there is one little mark that might be a scratch, but I kind of lean toward thinking it's a manufacturing flaw (I'm just not sure, and it's been there for all the decades this plate has been in our family).  Really a great vintage piece that just needs a new home now.  Asking $7.00  obo.
