This is a listing for a pre-owned DECO BREEZE beautiful metal vase with flowers made into an electric fan figurine. There is a carrying handle on the back at the top as pictured. Model number DBF0364. This works as it should and will be tested again prior to shipping.

25" tall, 8-1/2" wide at the widest part in middle of vase and top where flowers are.  Base is 5-1/4" wide

Use as a fan and as decorative piece at the same time.
