For your consideration, here is a 1978 Washington State Sport Fishing Regulations Booklet, 33 pages.  The booklet has some wear and tanning on the covers.  There are some scuff marks on the back cover.  Interesting to see how the regulations have changed.  It will be mailed in a bubble mailer with foam core stiffeners.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and come from a non-smoking household.  (555.251j-.5hc)
