The book has no: remainder mark, any internal markings, any previous owner’s name or unpleasant odor.  The book in “new” in all respects and is likely unread.  The book is in “new” condition with only minor and cosmetic flaws.  It is typical of what you would likely find on a retail shelf as a brand new book.   

The pages of the book are quite clean and bright.  They are in great condition and are mark free. 

The outside page edges exhibit no soiling. 

The boards and the binding are in great condition - no issues whatsoever.

The blank white endpapers are clean and mark free, both front and back.   

The dust jacket has no tears, rips or chips save one – on the bottom of the back panel of the jacket near the spine of the book the jacket has one very small cut/tear.  This cut has since been mended from the inside of the jacket to prevent any further damage.  When this cut occurred, the board directly under the jacket was mashed a bit.  This is a very minor flaw and is really the only flaw of note.  Please see the pictures provided.      

The jacket exhibits extremely light to no shelf wear.

The jacket has not been clipped, is clean and is fully intact. 

The jacket has no stickers or any sticker residue. 

This is a new unread clean hardcover and dust jacket, a very attractive and nice copy with the one aforementioned flaw.  If not for this minor deficiency, the book could easily be listed as Brand New instead of Like New +.  This is a great clean solid copy.
