Wonka Vision was an American music magazine that covered the underground music scene.  It also was a record label that promoted various bands like Philadelphia's own  Zolof The Rock & Roll Destroyer, The Dead Celebrities, and The Break.  This sampler captures the best tracks commercially released around 2002.   Now quite scarce, this CD represents a revolution in the east coast underbelly of alternative rock, punk, hardcore, grunge and metal.
