the nl8mpr from neutrik is an 8 pole  male chassis connector with black chrome metal square g-size flange and 3/16" flat tabs. the speakon panel mount connector is standard chassis connectors for loudspeaker / amplifier interconnections. it has a unique metal locking system, making contact only once fully locked.
