Vivamel Contact mesh with medical honey is a sterile contact mesh for protecting the bottom of a wide range of wounds, with a bacteriostatic effect thanks to the high osmotic potential of honey.

Vivamel Contact mesh with medical honey is intended for the care of the bottom of a wide range of wounds, both chronic and acute.

It is especially suitable for the care of skin abrasions and scratches, wounds with poor excretion and minor injuries. The mesh is not absorbent, so a secondary absorbent coating or patch is required.

 Method of application:

    After opening the sterile cover, remove the protective foil on both sides of the net. Place the mesh on the cleaned wound.

    Then place a secondary dressing on the mesh, which absorbs the secretion from the wound. Secure everything together well with a fastening bandage or adhesive tape. The mesh can be cut and folded.

Note:

At the beginning of the treatment, we recommend changing the net every two days, because the effect of honey is reduced by diluting it. Later, when the wound secretes less, the mesh can remain on the wound for 3-4 days.

If the mesh dries on the wound, soak it with saline to make it easier to remove.

Sterile until the packaging is opened or damaged.
