Description

This is the CUTEST vintage scooter mini dress, with built-in shorts and padded bra.
I believe it dates to the late 60's / early 70's (label dates it '63 - '74.)
Marked a size 12, but more like an approx modern size 4 or possibly 6.  Please check the measurements. Just clipped a bit on my size 2 form, which measures 34 - 25 - 34.5.
Brand is "Symphony Is What's Happening." (Ha, so retro.)
100% cotton (I think) voile.
Lined.
Blue and white bandana print with red calico floral contrast.
Lined with red.
So fun for a patriotic picnic!
V neck empire bodice.
Built-in slightly padded bra.
A-line skirt, with wonderful double ruffle that has scallops / handkerchief hem look. The under ruffle is a contrasting red white and blue calico voile.
The dress is lined, kind of like an attached romper with shorts / skort.
Back nylon zip.
Pinked seams.
Has a vintage ILGWU Union label, circa 1963 - 1974
