Head comes off
Probably made in Japan because it looks like a MIJ novelty sold in the 50s.
Hair must have been glued on as it is loose and sticks up.
Measures 4-1/4" h

We ship Monday thru Friday only. USPS is our preferred method, but we do sometimes use UPS.
