Here is a CLASSIC, Vintage Fisher Price Little People Hospital play set (#931) in NEAR MINT-MINT condition.  Best of all it is 100% COMPLETE and includes the exceedingly RARE bed screen and VHTF nurse with her mask! 

The Hospital's EXTERIOR lithos are GORGEOUS (NEAR MINT)!  All of the lithos are intact, clean, and bright with clear, crisp graphics. The colors are RIVETING---no fading here! There are no ABSOLUTELY no stains, discolorations, marks, creases, or tears observed.  I've literally gone over this piece with "a fine tooth comb." The ONLY imperfections I can find are a smattering of small bubbles and the faint vestiges of a rub where the red crank revolves to raise and lower the elevator.  That's it!!! 

The INTERIOR lithos are "OUT OF THIS WORLD!"  In my opinion, they warrant a NEAR MINT-MINT rating.  After much scrutiny, I can only detect one minor bubble on the garage wall litho.  The rest of the wall and floor lithos are PERFECT!  The INTERIOR FP logo and elevator litho are unblemished.  There are two, extremely faint pencil marks on the fold down playground litho; however, these are basically invisible. 

All the plastic surfaces are rich in color and free of any chips, "dings," cracks, breaks, or abrasions. Other than a few light surface scratches and an occasional scuff, these plastic surfaces look BRAND NEW!   

Besides this IMPRESSIVE play base, this set includes the following accessories: 

1 HTF red and white ambulance w/FP written on the wheels (MINTY MINT); 

 1 VHTF wheelchair (MINTY MINT); 

1 HTF scale (VG-VG+--spring has broken over time so that weight stays stuck on 120 lbs.; if I can come up with a working scale in better condition, I will substitute the working scale for this one); 

1 VHTF operating table with attached oxygen mask (MINTY MINT); 

1 RARE gurney w/velcro strap (EXC++--NOTE: while strap presently demonstrates some moderate soiling, this strap will brighten considerably once I clean it with a Chlorox bleach pen; I anticipate it will be an "antiseptic white;" once this occurs, this piece will warrant a NEAR MINT-MINT rating); 

2 hospital chairs (EXC++-NEAR MINT--few light surface scratches on back side of chairs; barely discernible); 

1 HTF X-ray machine that works (EXC++-some minor edge wear to lower black border of X-ray sign on back of piece; rest of piece is in NEAR MINT condition); 

1 HTF hospital scrub sink (VG++--light surface scratches throughout along with some minor edge wear on faucet and knobs); 

2 HTF hospital beds (VG+--both are missing all of their original foam; if they possessed this foam, one would be in NEAR MINT condition while the other would be in EXC condition; the latter has a few tiny "nibbles" on the back lower headboard);  

1 HTF cradle (EXC+++--some light scratches to upper rim of bassinet and "pillow;" anticipate that these will buff out with an application of Armor All wipes); and 

1 RARE white bed screen (MINTY MINT). 

To add to the fun, the set comes replete with a cast of hospital personnel and a family of four. These ALL PLASTIC LP include: 

1  red bodied blonde girl with bangs (EXC++--pin-head size rub to left eye and one, miniscule scrape on back of hair); 

1 tall, blue bodied Mom with blonde pony (MINTY MINT);

1 tall, green bodied Dad with black, heat stamped hair (EXC++--light rubs to both eye brows and a couple of hair tendrils; minor edge wear on bottom of piece); 

1 RARE baby without bib (MINTY MINT; NOTE:  THIS PIECE IS UNIQUE TO THIS SET; FP produced other babies with bibs or with a bonnet and bib but they did NOT go with the Hospital play set); 

1 HTF Caucasian doctor (VG+-one small melt mark (?) on left side of body along with one, pin-head size indentation on forehead; very hard to see since it's so shallow; basically have to hold this piece within 3" of your eyes and rotate it in the light; may have been caused by a child's tooth); 

1 HTF African American ambulance driver (NEAR MINT--teensy rub to right eyebrow; other features are bold and vibrant); 

1 RARE nurse (NEAR MINT--minor rubbing to left side of mask and left eye lashes; rest of piece is MINTY MINT). 

Due to time constraints, I have not yet cleaned this playbase or its accessories.  However, you may be assured that this toy will be thoroughly Q-tip cleaned before I send it to its new owners.  I spend a MINIMUM of 1 - 1 1/2 hours cleaning each and every VINTAGE Fisher Price  play set I sell (except for those clearly marked in MY ROUGH ROOM).  I clean EVERY nook and cranny in these VINTAGE Fisher Price play sets (e.g. including up inside the elevator tower, the ceiling, the underside of the base etc. etc.). 

This is DEFINITELY a COLLECTOR quality Fisher Price Hospital.

REMEMBER, this VINTAGE FP playset is NOT included in the recent Fisher Price recall of toys manufactured in China.  This playset was manufactured in the good ole' U.S.A. in 1976!!!! It's 35 years young and still exemplifies Fisher Price's reputation for imaginative, durable toys.  Why take the chance on buying junk or toys that may contain dangerous amounts of lead when you can buy a classic toy like this? 

Purchasers should refrain from allowing children under 3 years of age to play with these toys without adult supervision or to offer these toys to children who may be still mouthing their toys.
