Herbafast Fiber contains the largest amount of plant fiber. Fiber binds water and takes up space in the stomach, so the need for food is less. On its way through the body, Herbafast Fiber helps keep fat from binding and prevents the formation of fat deposits. By taking Herbafast Fiber continuously, it significantly reduces the percentage of fat in the body and consequently reduces the waist circumference. The complex of vitamins and minerals in combination with fiber strengthens immunity and helps us stay healthy while losing weight. Herbafast Fiber improves digestion and encourages regular bowel movements. The retention time of food residues in the intestines is reduced, and thus the retention of harmful substances. Toxins and harmful substances are rapidly expelled from the body.

Composition:

Nutriose * FM 06 (standardized dietary fiber), Glucomannan 90%, vitamin C, zinc and vitamin D3. Other ingredients: skimmed milk powder and lemon aroma. Gluten free.

Method of application:

Stir the selected taste of Herbafast Fiber well in 2dl of water.

Adults and children: Take one sachet a day for the first three days, then take one sachet twice a day. The first dose is taken after breakfast, which is mandatory (around 11am) and the second dose after lunch (around 4pm).
