Noritake Kenwick 6-inch saucer from Legendary series, pattern no. 4217. The rim is decorated with a grayish blue band containing white scrolling and pink flowers. Saucer has platinum trim on rim and interior. This is a discontinued pattern that was issued between 1997 and 2002.
