The book is in very good condition with only a little bit of wear at the spine and, however, the dust jacket has some tears along the edges, is taped at the tops spine Edge, and has a lot of stains on it as well. The Binding is good and all 1378 Pages including index are intact and in good condition. The book was published by the Mayo foundation for Medical Education and Research. It is a first edition but not a first printing. It is a very nice resource guide for any home to have on hand.
