Offered here is this Beautiful Laminate Book in with a Brass Bear on top. I am unsure of the age or origins of the book end. It seems to be in good condition with very little wear, and that being only a few light surface scratches to the laminate. The bookend is 7.75" tall at the bear, 4" tall at the front side of the book end, 4.5" from front to back, and 2.75" from side to side. I am unsure of the exact material that is under the laminate, it is made to look like lacquered wood, but I think that it may be resin. The bottom is felted to protect the shelf that it sits on. This is a very unique looking bookend that would make a nice addition to any shelf. It is a functional piece, as well as being a nice decorative conversation piece.
